Privacy Policy

NxtWaves Travel (website and WhatsApp concierge) is a travel service operated by NxtWaves (sole proprietor: Anamika Singh, India). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We do not collect payment details. Bookings and payments are made directly with Agoda under Agoda’s own terms and privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Agoda receives only the search itself (destination, dates, number of guests). Never your phone number or messages.
Meta (WhatsApp) carries the messages between you and us, as the WhatsApp provider.
Our hosting and database providers store the data above, securely, on our behalf.

We never sell your data, never use it for marketing, and never share it with anyone else.

Messages we send

We only reply to messages you send us. If you set a price alert, we may tell you about a price drop within 24 hours of your last message; otherwise we share it when you next write to us.

Your rights

Delete: send “stop” on WhatsApp and everything about you is deleted immediately.
Access or correct: email us and we will respond within 7 days.
Complain: contact our grievance officer below; you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
